Oh, you mean me? Well, I've been doing cakes and pastry for about 15 years now. From my humble beginnings at Lake Washington Technical College in the Baking and Culinary programs, to being fortunate enough to intern with one of the best pastry chefs in the country, Mike McCarey, owner of Mike's Amazing Cakes, I've come a long way baby! I've learned a lot about the baking business just by being in the industry and I've learned so much from some very talented people.....I am forever grateful to them.

I have been associated with Great Cakes and Edible Monuments in Redmond, Washington, on and off for over 10 years. They provided me with a wonderful outlet for my cake creativity and shut their doors in 2003. It was very sad indeed, but life goes on.....

I'm now freelancing on a part time basis. I'm recently married with a husband and stepson to take care of, so I can't live at the cake shop anymore. But if you want to order a cake, I'll see what I can do for you!

I currently reside in beautiful Port Townsend, right on the water with a lovely view of Whidbey Island. When I'm not doing cakes, I'm cleaning house, vacuuming the cats, and yelling at kids. It's a wonderful life!
